From the first time we met Joyce at an open house last year we felt that she was the right agent for us.

We were very impressed by the support and service we received from Joyce from the very start. She provided us with invaluable tips on how to make our house more attractive to potential buyers and we were able to sell the house within days of putting it up for sale. Joyce was able to negotiate well over asking for our home and we were thrilled with the outcome of the sale.

When we were looking for our new home Joyce was really good at understanding and interpreting the type of house we were searching for and she was able to narrow down the search quite a bit.

After looking at for some time, we were feeling quite defeated and deflated and told Joyce that we just didn't think we could get what we wanted, within our budget. Joyce remained optimistic and was certain that she could find us the right house and asked us not to give up. She scoured the new listings that evening and found us a home that she thought might fit our needs. Even though we were tired, she encouraged us to go out and take a look at the house that night and lo and behold the house was perfect for us. We were able to make a deal to purchase the home that very night.

I truly believe if it hadn't been for Joyce's hard work and interest in finding us the right house that we would not have found our perfect home, which was within our budget, in a great school district and in our preferred neighbourhood.
